Alubia Plant Power is a Palma-based, plant-forward food project built around one clear idea: make vegan eating feel easy, exciting, and genuinely satisfying. From their central spot on Pg. de Mallorca, they bring together a full restaurant experience, event catering, and a line of natural frozen products designed to help you eat well at home without sacrificing flavour.

At the restaurant, the menu is designed as a colourful exploration of plant-based comfort and creativity. You will find shareable starters (like their house dips with crudites and artisan bread), wraps and bowls anchored in vegetables, legumes, and whole grains, plus hearty mains that lean into global inspiration (from dhal-style lentils to falafel-inspired plates). Sweet options are also part of the experience, including plant-based desserts and breakfast-style bowls featuring fruit, granola, and creamy textures.

Dietary flexibility is thoughtfully considered: the menu highlights that you can request gluten-free adaptations in several dishes, including the option to swap to gluten-free bread and choose gluten-free versions of select plates.
