The Practice Mallorca is a warm, community-rooted yoga school in Palma, created to bring yoga off the mat and into everyday life. Founded by Carlota and Tania—reunited in Mallorca after years of practice in Madrid and Barcelona—the studio is dedicated to sharing a modern approach to Jivamukti Yoga while keeping the classical pillars of breath, mantra, philosophy, meditation and mindful movement at the center.
The class menu is designed for different energies, time frames and experience levels. Open classes weave asana with pranayama, mantra, meditation, relaxation and yogic teachings, while Spiritual Warrior offers a fast, invigorating one-hour fixed vinyasa sequence for people with limited time. If you are new to yoga, Beginner Vinyasa focuses on fundamentals and the relationship between breath, intention and movement. For deep restoration, Restore & Renew blends gentle movement, guided relaxation, meditation and longer-held postures, and Yin Yoga supports mobility and stress reduction through passive floor-based shapes. Basics highlights alignment and the intelligent use of props (blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets). For students who want to integrate movement and inner inquiry, In‑Vinyasa combines Hatha‑Vinyasa sequences with guided meditation and writing, working monthly with a specific theme and sequence. For highly personalized support, ICP (In Class Private) adds one-to-one guidance within a group class, and the studio also offers Private 1:1 sessions.
Pricing is transparent and flexible: single class (€25), 4-class pack (€75 / 1 month), 10-class pack (€165 / 2 months), unlimited monthly membership (€130), annual membership (€1,200), and unlimited online classes (€35 / 1 month). There is also a one-week trial option (€35) for newcomers. Workshops and events are listed separately and can include special sessions such as a free “108 Sun Salutations” practice and creative collaborations (for example a floral workshop priced at €30 with limited places).
