MallorcAmor is a regenerative, community-supported agriculture cooperative rooted in a historic finca in Sineu (the heart of Mallorca). Designed as a “model rural farm,” the project brings together local food sovereignty, community, and ecological restoration—inviting residents and visitors to support Mallorca’s countryside through seasonal produce, direct purchases, and bookable on-farm experiences.
The initiative is guided by three pillars: Regenerate (improving soil health, biodiversity, and long-term resilience using environmentally respectful farming methods and local crop varieties), Restore (protecting agri-cultural heritage and renovating traditional buildings with eco-friendly construction approaches and local materials), and Reactivate (revitalizing rural life through agriculture, sustainable tourism, and a community that actively participates in the island’s future).
What you can do at MallorcAmor
- Visit the finca for rural, nature-based experiences that connect food, land, and community.
- Direct sale & tasting moments featuring organic, seasonal products and a “tast de pagès” style shared table (seasonal menu).
- Weekly basket interest list for the “Paner de Pagès,” a weekly basket of seasonal organic fruit and vegetables (waitlist sign-up available on the site).
- Local presence in Sineu, including Wednesdays at the Sineu market.
- Local network via its “Red Local” directory, highlighting artisan and producer businesses across Mallorca.
Practical notes
Experiences are typically by reservation and may have limited capacity. Past experience formats have included tree-planting plus a full organic tasting (for example, published prices have included €55 per adult for planting + tasting and €70 per adult for a full experience; children pricing has been listed separately). The finca shares clear visit guidance (what to bring, family-friendly areas) and states that specific allergy/intolerance menus cannot always be guaranteed.
For conscious travellers and Mallorca residents alike, MallorcAmor offers a grounded way to enjoy seasonal food while directly contributing to the regeneration of the island’s rural landscape.
