Farm to Table Mallorca creates long-table dining experiences and private gatherings centered on local produce, community, and sustainable living in Mallorca’s countryside. Founded in 2020 by Michelin-trained chef Andy Ciempiel and his wife Gosia, the project began as a home-based farm-to-table concept and has since evolved into curated events in nature, designed to help guests slow down, connect, and eat with intention.
The signature experience is an outdoor, family-style tasting menu served around one shared table beneath the trees. Guests are welcomed with a drink (wine or a refreshing herbal lemonade), then invited to settle into the setting—vineyards, gardens, and open air—before the evening unfolds course by course. Throughout dinner, the chef introduces ingredients and origins, adding stories behind the produce and the farmers who grow it, while a winemaker shares insight into the local wines.
The menu is seasonal and changes regularly, highlighting what is available from Mallorcan growers. Expect a Mediterranean base with Spanish and Asian-inspired touches, designed for sharing: fresh vegetables, house bread, vibrant starters, generous mains, and a dessert finish (with tea or coffee). Vegetarian options are available upon request, and the team aims to accommodate dietary restrictions when informed at the time of booking.
Open tasting menu dates are ticketed and hosted at Los Dos Caballeros, a tranquil vineyard venue in the island’s interior. Wine is included as a welcome drink; additional wine can be purchased by the glass or bottle during dinner. A minimum of 10 guests is required for the tasting menu experience to proceed, and dogs are not allowed.
