Description

Miceli is an intimate, family-run restaurant in the village of Selva (Mallorca), created to share a deep love and respect for traditional, well-made cuisine. Set inside a 19th-century Mallorcan house where chef Marga Coll grew up, the experience is designed around simplicity, care, and the joy of eating well—without unnecessary fuss, but with a strong focus on craft and hospitality.

The defining element at Miceli is its daily-changing menu. Rather than relying on a fixed carta, the kitchen writes the day’s offerings each morning, guided by what is most seasonal and inspiring at the Mercat d’Inca, which the team visits daily. Guests are walked through the dishes at the table, creating a more personal and connected dining experience—ideal for travellers and locals who enjoy being guided by seasonality and the market’s rhythm.

You can choose individual plates or opt for one of two tasting formats: Menú degustación (€62) or Menú Miceli (€76). For à la carte pricing, the website lists snacks (€9), starters (€13), mains (€18), and desserts (€8). Miceli also offers gift experiences via email request (“Regala Miceli”), making it a thoughtful option for conscious celebrations that prioritise quality time and shared meals.

In addition to the Selva restaurant, the project extends into the market with La Barra de Miceli at Mercat d’Inca: a standing bar concept (no tables, no fixed menu) with daily boards featuring sandwiches, tapas, a dish of the day, and a strong selection of vermouths and wines by the glass—open Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00–15:30.

Reservations are recommended. Note that Miceli accepts reservations with children only if they are 12+, and it applies clear cancellation conditions (including per-person fees) to protect this small-scale service model.
