The experience takes place at Hort de Sa Vall, a working agricultural estate in the east of Mallorca near Manacor.

The Thursday Experience combines education, gastronomy, and authentic local culture.

Guests begin with a guided tour through the farm before participating in a traditional Mallorcan culinary experience featuring a live showcooking demonstration and barbecue lunch prepared with local ingredients sourced directly from the estate and surrounding region.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed to the estate and introduced to the philosophy behind the project, which combines sustainable agriculture, local gastronomy, and social inclusion through its collaboration with Aproscom.
