Sa Cabreta is an organic farm and artisan goat-cheese dairy rooted in Mallorca’s Serra de Tramuntana. Built around sustainable agriculture, animal wellbeing and small-batch craftsmanship, the project invites visitors to reconnect with the island’s rural culture through flavour, landscape and hands-on learning.
At the heart of Sa Cabreta is a clear philosophy: farming should protect biodiversity and give back to the land. Their cheeses are made one by one from the milk of their Murciano-Granadina goats, with careful attention to quality and traceability. A distinctive touch is that their cheeses are made with edible rind, adding character and expressing the territory through maturation and seasonality.
Visits & conscious food experiences
For the 2026 season, visits are scheduled to start in April 2026 and are offered by reservation only. Experiences are designed for people who want more than a tasting: you’ll learn about organic farming, meet the animals, explore the cheesemaking process and enjoy local food in a nature setting.
- Guided visit + cheese tasting (2 hours, 10–40 people): €35 per person, including a local wine and access to the farm shop.
- Guided visit + full gastronomic experience (3 hours, 10–20 people): €150 per person, including a 4-course tasting menu (drinks not included).
- Tasting menu with pairing (minimum 4 people): €200 per person, featuring a seasonal menu with local wines; vegetarian options on request and advance notice recommended for allergies/intolerances.
Farm shop (botiga)
The on-site shop is a simple, welcoming place to buy Sa Cabreta cheeses and a curated selection of local artisan products (such as sobrasada, jams made with local fruit, and wines from Mallorcan bodegas). It’s also an easy entry point for those who want to support local producers without joining a full experience.
Sa Cabreta is a strong fit for conscious travellers and residents who value seasonal food, regenerative land stewardship and small-group, low-impact experiences that keep money and knowledge circulating within the island.
