Jacaranda is the signature farm-to-table restaurant at Finca Serena Mallorca, set in the heart of the Pla de Mallorca near Montuïri. The experience is designed around calm, nature-led dining: fresh dishes, seasonal ingredients, and a pace that invites you to slow down and stay a little longer.
The menu celebrates Mallorca through authentic flavours, using estate-produced olive oil and a seasonal approach that highlights local recipes and produce at their best. Alongside the food, Jacaranda features the estate’s own wines—creating a cohesive “from the land” experience that feels grounded, refined, and deeply connected to place.
There are three distinctive spaces to choose from, each with its own mood:
- The indoor Restaurant: a relaxed, light-filled dining room with garden views, linen details, and a serene, quiet-luxury atmosphere.
- Los Olivos Terrace: an open-air terrace among olive trees with wide views over the Pla de Mallorca—ideal for long lunches that flow into the afternoon.
- Las Palmeras Terrace: a summer-night setting near the greenhouse, surrounded by palms, designed for evening dining under the open sky.
For a touch of community-style ambiance (without losing the hotel-level polish), Jacaranda hosts special dinners with live music on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Service is structured around lunch and dinner sittings, and reservations are recommended—especially in peak season and on music nights.
Please note the restaurant maintains a tranquil adult-focused environment with an age policy of 14+. Practicalities are well covered with private parking and an electric vehicle charging station on site.
