Bon Bessó is a Mallorca-based conscious food brand crafting Redonet: a slow-matured, artisan, plant-based alternative to cheese made from local almond-milk tradition. Rooted in centuries of island heritage (with references to almond milk preparation dating back to 1690), Redonet is shaped by gentle fermentation, hand moulding and patient aging—delivering a cultured, savory experience that feels both modern and deeply Mallorcan.

Every Redonet is 100% plant-based, made with a short, recognizable ingredient list built around almonds (56%), water, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil (AOVE), and natural vegan cultures. The range is designed for conscious eaters who want flavour-forward, local food with a lighter footprint—ideal for grazing boards, tapas, picnic spreads, and mindful hosting.

Varieties

  • Mediterrani — with Mediterranean herbs; noted on the site as a World Vegan Cheese Awards 2026 winner.
  • Tap de Cortí — inspired by Mallorcan sobrasada flavours using sweet paprika.
  • Clàssic — the pure, traditional-style cultured almond base.

Bon Bessó highlights an island-first approach—sourcing almost exclusively from small producers in Mallorca and supporting the local economy. The brand also emphasizes lower-impact packaging, using recycled cardboard boxes and compostable vacuum bags, and notes certification under CBPAE (the Balearic organic agriculture council).
