The Creative Reset by Mel Saulek Art Studio is a slow, curated creative day retreat in Mallorca where art, nature and mindfulness meet. Rather than a traditional art workshop, this experience uses intuitive painting as a gentle tool for self-expression, grounding and inner clarity—inviting you to pause, slow down, and create without pressure or expectation.
Created for women who feel creatively curious yet rarely make space for play, The Creative Reset offers a calm, supportive environment to reconnect with intuition and self-expression. You will be guided through a mindful art process (colour, texture, and expressive exploration), with unhurried pockets of time for free creation so you can follow your own rhythm. No prior art experience is needed—just a willingness to arrive as you are.
