Ecocirer is a family-run ecological boutique stay in the heart of Sóller, designed for travellers who want their holiday to feel restorative, intentional, and light on the planet. Set inside a lovingly restored early-1900s townhouse, the experience combines conscious design, plant-forward nourishment, and a calm, home-like atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down and reconnect.
The hotel offers six thoughtfully designed rooms, each with its own character, while keeping the feeling intimate and quiet. Sustainability here is not a slogan: the interiors are built around recycling and restoration, with carefully sourced vintage elements given a new life. Art and creative details are part of the identity, contributing to a space that feels curated yet warm rather than formal.
Food philosophy
Breakfast is central to the Ecocirer concept. The kitchen focuses on organic, vegan/vegetarian recipes (free of white sugar), prepared specifically for the number of guests to reduce waste. Many ingredients come from their own growing and production, including fruit and vegetables, homemade bread, and their own olive oil. Non-vegan guests can opt for fresh eggs from local chickens. Seasonal, locally sourced ingredients guide what appears on the table, and recipes change with nature’s rhythm.
Wellbeing and gentle activities
For relaxation, guests can enjoy the pool as a small oasis of peace, alongside bookable bodywork and mindful practices. Services highlighted by the hotel include a therapeutic massage blending Thai-inspired techniques with Reiki-style relaxation and warm stones, plus “meditation in movement” using conscious breathing and embodied awareness. For active days, Ecocirer supports cycling and offers healthy picnic-to-go options that can be adapted to special diets—ideal for beach or mountain days.
Extra conscious options
If you prefer more independence, Ecocirer also features a separate guesthouse around 250 metres from the hotel, with its own kitchen and patio. They also run cooking experiences at their farmhouse, including winter cooking classes, and offer a small shop selection (kitchen goods, wellness items, and books) aligned with the same mindful lifestyle.
