Son Brull is a 5-star Relais & Châteaux rural sanctuary set in an 18th-century former monastery in Pollença, in the Serra de Tramuntana. Designed for deep rest and quiet refinement, the property is surrounded by 32 hectares of vineyards, orchards and centuries-old olive trees, offering a strong sense of place and a naturally calming atmosphere.
A core part of the Son Brull experience is its estate-based, organic and local farming approach. The finca produces fruit and vegetables, citrus (used for breakfast juice, marmalades and house drinks), honey harvested in spring and autumn, and eggs from well-cared-for hens. The estate also cultivates local grape varieties across its vineyards and produces its own wines, while the olive groves support both table olives and estate olive oil. Everything produced is designed to be used within Son Brull, reinforcing a farm-to-table philosophy.
Wellness: Spa & Rituals in contact with nature
The spa positions wellbeing as a reconnection with Mediterranean nature and the site’s contemplative heritage. Facilities include an experience pool, steam bath, sauna, cold plunge, and indoor/outdoor relaxation areas, plus a yoga room and gym. Spa opening hours are daily 08:00–20:00, with treatment times daily 10:00–19:00. Every morning at 09:00, guests can join a complimentary 60-minute gentle Hatha-based group session focused on conscious breathing, stretching, and relaxation. For non-resident visitors, day passes combine spa access with yoga and optional dining and/or treatments, with published packages from €160 per person.
Gastronomy: seasonal, local, and plant-forward options
Dining is split between the relaxed Bistro/Bar and the signature 365 Restaurant. The Bistro highlights fresh, regional ingredients (many from the estate) across breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also serves a cocktail bar. The 365 Restaurant opens Tuesday to Saturday evenings, offering multiple tasting-menu options including a 5-course vegetarian menu, and a wine list of 200+ labels with a strong Mallorca selection.
