Paths and Shortcuts: A Journey Through the Past, Present and Future of Transhumance in Mallorca

An intimate talk led by farmer and livestock breeder Aina Cañellas Férnández exploring the practice of transhumance in Mallorca and its role in caring for land and landscape. Attendees will hear about extensive livestock farming, pastoralism and local stewardship from an experienced practitioner.

This session is aimed at residents and visitors interested in rural heritage, regenerative agriculture and traditional livestock practices. The talk will be delivered in Spanish.
